Jobshadowing experience- SPAIN

Jobshadowing took place in Spain (Móstoles) from 6th to 10th of February, 2017.

When we arrived to Madrid, we were amazed. Despite of not very comfortable and easy flight (I was not feeling well, moreover, it was midnight when we came), we found our hotel :D The city was beautiful!

The school - its teachers and students - prepared for us an interesting programme full of emotions from many aspects. Many modern methods were presented and showed but it is not possible to describe everything, so I picked some of them. 

We must admit that Montessori or Reiki method was one of the best we saw. Firstly, it was quite strange seeing how it really worked. Later, we were "drag into the process". There was little light, relaxing music was played - that was the atmosphere! Besides, the students enjoyed this. I suppose the aim of these activities was fulfil (creating happiness, relaxation, to reduce stress). 

We also enjoyed teaching very young, maybe the youngest pupils from all. Emotional little monsters worked as an emotional tool. They were distinguished by various colours- each colour presented different emotion (e.g. red= anger, blue= sorrow). 

We liked the performance of the traditional story played by little ones, too. Reading and showing the emotions by Diana (one of the teachers) was also an interesting experience for us.

At the end, I would like to thank to all the people - the teachers, parents, students - who were involved in the preparation of jobshadowing in Móstoles. For me and Michaela it was an awesome experience we will never forget. Thank you Spanish team :)

I went to Spain three days ago with other teachers  from Italy to participate to a training program about emotions
I visited CEIP Juan Perez Villaamil of Mostoles and  met teachers from other countries
I liked  this experience  very much : I could observe some job shadowings about emotions .interesting article emotions

OVERALL RESULTS OF THE EVALUATION SURVEY

The aim of the evaluation survey is to assess the overall results with respect of the relevance and effectiveness of the mobility and in particular the job-shadowing experience carried out in C.E.I.P. Juan Pérez Villaamil - Móstoles.

The average results per item are as follows:

As we can observe by the results obtained, overall the experience has been very positive. Aspects such as the previous information to the meeting must be improved in the future and adjustments must be made as far as the length of the work is concerned.

JOBSHADOWING SPAIN

The following document provides information containing the survey data collected on 10th February as a result of the job shadow experience which took place in Spain from 6th to 10th of February, 2017.

The purpose of this report is to show the key results from the survey. Thus, it will not include every possible breakdown of the data, but it will highlight the most important findings concerning the assessment of the lesson and the assessment of the students´ work given by the respondents.

The first part of the survey was focused on the teacher and it dealt with the assessment of the lesson. It included different items: the improvement of competences, the level of achieving the aims, the atmosphere on the lesson/interpersonal relations (both teacher-student and student-student), and the individual approach to students.

Meeting in Spain (6th-10th February 2017)

MONDAY, 6th FEBRUARY

WELCOME TO SPAIN AND TO OUR SCHOOL

We celebrated a welcoming ceremony upon arrival of our guests, in which the Principal gave them a warm welcome to Spain and to our school. 

A group of preschool students performed a dance. 

We viewed a Mannequin Challenge video recording that all the members of our school took part in previous to the meeting.

Cooperative Meeting In Spain

We are working together as a team to set a Number of tools and methods that will support collaborative activities implemented by the 4 partners in order to share common topics of project E-Motions.
"Computer Supported Collaborative Work" is a system based on individual work station networks in our different European schools with an aim to work on:
• real time  communication (Skype phone, Skype chat/Facebook closed group, Skype video conferencing) and  remote communication (e-mail Gmail/hotmail/..., digital wall as Padlet)
• communicate multimedia data (for example the results of the mood meter)
• plan
• decide
• monitor
• evaluate (surveymonkey)

Hello everybody,

We are having a good time in here. It is very interesting. It means a lot for our work.
