A SUMMARY OF THE RESULTS of the Evaluation Survey

The second transnational meeting was held in Slovakia from 2^nd to 6^th of October, 2017. The main aim of the report is to briefly describe, summarize and evaluate the meeting experience, it means all the emotional activities, trainings, ands trips which were full of emotions and of course – fun.

According to the results of the evaluation survey, the transnational meeting in Slovakia was relevant and effective in a way of many aspects. The teachers of the partner´s schools were satisfied with the organization, the students as well (we can claim it thanks to positive student´s feedback which was also in written form), activities which were carried out in the classes and gym at ZŠ Márie Medveckej, moreover in the nature.

The aim of the activities was to share emotional exercises related to the necessary social abilities to express emotions in a way to avoid conflict. Some of them were also related to health education because on Wednesday morning the activities were moved to the nature, especially the students and the teachers had a possibility to visit Roháče (West Tatras Mountains) and then Liptovský Mikuláš (Tatralandia- aquapark).

Slovakia as the host country informed all of the partners about the whole programme and activities in advance of the meeting (in time). According to the evaluation survey, all of the teachers were satisfied with the event organisation, timing and information that were given beforehand. 8 of 8 teachers chose exceptional from the other possible items; unsatisfactory, satisfactory, average, above average and exceptional. Concerning time adjustment 5 from 8 teachers valued it as above average, the others very more than satisfied; they claimed it was quite perfect. The length of the work period was satisfactory, the teachers did not complain at all. Moreover, concerning the activities, the teachers and also the students´ expectations were, according to the evaluation survey, fulfilled. 8 of the 8 teachers marked Collaboration with a international partners as exceptional. The last possibilities according to the survey were referred to Different learning practices and teaching methods, 5 of the 8 teachers evaluated it as above average, the other 3 of them were more than happy – they marked it as exceptional.

ZŠ Márie Medveckej is grateful to the host countries, the teachers, the students and the families who have evaluated the Slovakian programme of the transnational meeting as very well prepared. We assume and believe that they enjoyed all the activities, moreover, the feedback was positive that is why we are more than happy with the results of the evaluation survey.
